Mindset is very important indeed. When I first started my YouTube channel, I felt embarrassed to talk about it as if I was boasting myself. Now I see my knowledge or my creative output as a product that can potentially benefit others. And I am indeed passionate about what I do.
Marketing is never easy but the right mindset make it easier.
“When you like where you’re showing up, showing up becomes loads easier” — ain’t that the truth!! 🙌🏻
Substack is that for me. I used to struggle to be consistent in showing up. But with Substack, I’ve been showing up weekly for almost a year now, and have only missed one week!
Omg same! I’ve only been showing up here for two months (a year is amazing!), but I’ve noticed it’s not only easier to show up, it’s easier to grow because I feel more comfortable. I don’t know about you, but I feel like I can be myself here and that’s so refreshing.
But I have clients who feel that way about Instagram and TikTok. And they thrive on those platforms. So different strokes for different folks, I guess. 😆

It took me years to figure that out too. And to be confident enough to share it. Entrepreneurship really is a journey to finding yourself. 😊

Exactly! My philosophy has always been “find & do what works for you”! And, as it turns out, Substack really “works for me”! 😍😋
It feels like the “good ol’ days” of blogging, which is where I got my start.
